HF = High Fill IN = Into Neck TS = Top Shoulder

US = Upper Shoulder MS = Mid Shoulder LMS = Lower Mid Shoulder

LS = Low Shoulder BLS = Below Low Shoulder

Into Neck - This is considered to be a perfectly acceptable fill level for a wine of any age.

Top Shoulder - This is a normal fill level for wines 15 years of age and older. It is a very good fill level for wines 35 years of age and older.

Mid Shoulder to Lower Mid Shoulder - Though this is a normal fill level for wines of 40 years of age and older, it is still risky, as it may be undrinkable.

Low Shoulder to Below Mid Shoulder - This is a poor fill level for any wine as it is probably undrinkable.
